About The Role

Our sales marketing team is looking to add a creative and analytical Catalog and Print Marketing Manager with a passion for interior design to the team to lead the production of our sales marketing collateral.


YOU WILL
:

  • Lead production of all printed sales marketing collateral, including sourcebooks, catalogs, fabric folders, fan decks, special-edition boxes, postcards, welcome packages, mailers and more
  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate closely with the Art team to prepare files for print and produce effective design
  • Generate creative ideas for catalog layouts and new collateral opportunities
  • Liaise with Merch Team, Photo Studio, freelance copywriters and illustrators to source content
  • Verify product details with a fine-tooth comb
  • Source inspiring install photography that showcases the best of our brand
  • Manage a strict production collateral and various stakeholders to deliver collateral on-time
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while staying organized and on-schedule
  • Implement new processes and take initiative to streamline workflows
  • Enhance existing formats and know when to break the mold
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing team members to market print materials effectively, i.e. organizing sourcebook pre-order emails and landing pages, coordinating sourcebook SKU creation and developing and requesting social media coverage
  • Work with Data team to report on catalog and campaign performance quarterly
  • Manage production of and own reporting for QR codes for all print collateral
  • Dream big about new ways to catch the attention of our design community

Job requirements

YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing and/or interior design
  • A passion for interior design and strong visual eye
  • A deep understanding of Schumacher’s product and product categories
  • Highly visual and creative
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Creative and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, process, and management skills
  • A self-starter with the excellent follow-through and strong project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • A great attitude—enjoys building and contributing to happy, high functioning teams
  • Experience creating branded content/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Open to feedback with a strong desire for learning and improvement
  • A solution-oriented, creative and resourceful problem solve
