Our CX team is looking for an ambitious self-starter that will help the company maintain and optimize sales orders resulting in increased efficiency and sales.


  • Optimize and maintain orders that have been placed by the sales force in any possible way. F.e. backorder allocation, communicate delays with internal customers, increase integrity of order data.
  • Communicate with internal customers to resolve issues and make them aware of commercial opportunities.
  • Use Excel functions and formulas including v-lookups and pivot tables to identify and interpret data and patterns on orders, correcting inaccuracies when applicable.
  • Become an expert to fully leverage the system to automate & propose process changes to support order efficiency/optimization.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Sales, & Logistics to implement order pattern optimizations & efficiencies.
  • Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure you are providing accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Assist in compiling all data relevant to the analytics of all order reporting.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve order execution process and recommend solutions.
