About The Role

The FSCO Digital Growth team play a key role in taking the business to new heights through strategic B2B partnering with the home industry’s top e-commerce platforms. The team is looking for passionate new team members to work cross-functionally to drive sales, develop sales channels, and optimize branding within designated platforms. This role reports to the Director of Digital Growth.

The Digital Sales Representative performs two integral functions within the team: manage orders and processes for their designated platform(s) and collaborate on initiatives that drive sales growth. A successful DSR will be motivated by personal and team achievements, a desire to learn, and the ability to pivot as the needs of the business evolve. Each DSR will have a primary focus within the team, but all team members will be cross-trained.


  • Analyze the digital marketplace/e-commerce landscape and identify growth opportunities for existing & new online accounts.
  • Manage & fulfill digital sales of all product categories on assigned digital marketplaces including fabric, wall covering, furniture, home décor accessories, and floor covering.
  • Manage platform sales and assist in facilitating any related inquiries.
  • Support shaping the future of the home category.
  • Communicate updates to platforms & clients regarding order status as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining and increasing Schumacher’s online merchandise, collections, SKU’s and inventory across assigned digital marketplaces.
  • Generate ongoing reporting and analysis of performance, trends, etc. across all digital marketplaces.
  • Represent the Schumacher brand by providing the best possible customer service while enhancing the Schumacher mission to offer the highest quality product and service standards in the luxury market online.
  • Collaborate with multiple Schumacher departments & team(s) to maximize online sales across all product categories to achieve individual and team goals.

Job requirements


  • Knowledge and/or enthusiasm about e-commerce, luxury home décor, or the overall digital landscape, with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with online management software for e-commerce, sales and/or merchandising is a huge plus.
  • Entrepreneur at heart, competitive drive, strategic and growth-minded thinker, able to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in providing the best consumer experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and reprioritize as the business needs require.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-initiative.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, exceptional follow-through skills and true attention to detail.
  • Excellent work ethic and professionalism.
  • BS / BA degree in digital growth, interior design, and or related field from an accredited college.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
