About The Role

Our sales marketing team is looking to add a creative and analytical Senior Content Manager with a passion for interior design to the team to lead the production of our sales marketing collateral, which includes print and digital materials.

You Will:

  • Lead production of all printed sales marketing collateral, including sourcebooks, catalogs, fabric folders, fan decks, special-edition boxes, postcards, welcome packages, mailers and more
  • Lead the development of digital content (including emails, blog posts and landing pages) that achieves audience and sales goals by driving site traffic increasing brand/product awareness, increasing conversions, generating leads and nurturing prospects
  • Write copy for inspiring interior design-focused editorial and product- oriented emails and SEO-friendly blog articles and landing pages about our product and brand
  • Conceptualize, execute, and manage email automation programs/trigger emails to increase trade member applications, conversions, and engagement
  • Partner with Senior Director of Sales Marketing and UX designer to conceptualize new landing pages oriented toward lead generation, search-oriented topics, collection launches, and brand education/announcements
  • Dream big about new ways to catch the attention of our design community and enjoy bringing the Schumacher brand to life in new mediums

Job requirements

You Have/You Are:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in editorial or content marketing and/or email/digital marketing
  • Experience in interior design a plus
  • Continuously track KPIs and other metrics to optimize email engagement and create leads
  • Conceptualize, execute, and manage email automation programs/trigger emails to increase trade member applications, conversions and engagement
  • Creative and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, process, and management skills
  • Experience creating branded content/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Have a passion for bringing Schumacher’s brand voice and style authority to life in new ways
