The F. Schumacher & Co. Distribution Center, also known as “The Hub,” is one of the Fort Mill area’s most exciting employers. We are the Center of Operations for a rapidly growing business that is expanding not only in space but also in people. As the warehouse and distribution center for FSCO, we ship fabrics, wallcoverings, and trim to interior designers and architects in over 28 countries.

The People & Organization (“P&O”) team at FSCO is a dynamic, influential team dedicated to the success of our customers by supporting our business goals and helping our employees succeed. We partner with our business leaders to set goals and create a People & Organization strategy to achieve those goals, all while maintaining a strong operational foundation and commitment to best-in-class systems.

The P&O team is looking for a Senior People & Organization Manager with 6 – 8 years of experience to support “The Hub” in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role will work with a dynamic group of employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The role will encompass a variety of responsibilities that include Talent Strategy and Recruitment, Employee Growth and Development, Performance Management, Staffing Strategy, Business Strategy & Solutions, Goal Setting, and Employee Engagement Initiatives. The VP, P&O will rely on this person to be the “boots on ground,” to help solve the territory’s day-to-day problems, and understand the dynamics, needs, and strengths of the various Hub teams.

The Hub Junior Talent Manager will work closely with, and report into, the Senior People & Organization Manager.

  • Relationship oriented. No People team can be effective without the ability to make, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with fellow team members.
